Hostages were “rescued,” not “Freed”
-IDF operation inside a “refugee” camp full of Hamas in Nuseirat that freed four hostages
On June 8th, there was a moment of joys. Noa Argamani, Almog Meir, Andrey Kozlov, and Shlomi Ziv were rescued by IDF secret operation. Noa Argamani, whose mother is terminally ill with brain cancer, could finally come back after eight months of detention in Nuseirat in Gaza. The hostages were rescued with the sacrifice of one operation commander Arnon Zamora. Those who make an oath to and make a dedication to the nation like Arnon Zamora is missed by many and he has a family that miss him so much.
There have been enormous amount of Antisemitic criticism over the operation but what does it mean by “I wish the hostages were dead?”

Hours later, the body camera of the IDF soldier was released. It was appalling to watch that two Israeli hostages were hiding under the mattress. They were both saved by IDF soldiers.

Approximately, according to IDF report, 90 Palestinian terrorists who were combatants and collaborated Hamas were killed. Hamas, on the other hand, claimed that there were more than 200 civilian deaths with 60 women and children. Here is one problem. The world media still listen to “Gaza Health Ministry” press release and report it to the world. It is truly sickening to watch or listen to the Japanese or some English news. However, to discuss what they do, I have to watch what the world media outlets are reporting.

Also, there is a wording issue on this operation. As Chris Cuomo states, this was a rescue mission that any country would hold if they have hostage situation. However, in case of Israel, where the nation is surrounded by terrorists who want to prey Israelis, there is always an issue of proportionality with IDF to them.
They hope the hostages had died. This mentality is sick to the bottom. Also, one officer’s life was lost during the operation. His wife mourns her beloved husband’s death. I sincerely hope his wife finds peace in mind. It is truly painful to witness the funeral of the soldiers who served for the nation with honor and dignity.

I pray for all the hostages’s rescued and gain freedom in any ways. Hamas is harming citizens of Gaza to the core. At the same time, Hamas’ capability is not lost regarding retaliation against Israel, repeating October 7th in the worse form.
